Architectural Designer 

​

Work under supervision of Registered Architect. Daily design development & 3D modeling of projects using Rhino, 3D Max, VRay, Revit & Adobe CS.  Analyze building codes, space and site requirement.  Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs. Generate Construction Documents using AutoCAD; Coordinate, and inspect the work of drafters, consultants & contractors; Determine procedures and instructions according to design specifications and quantity of required materials. Represent R/A on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect's supervision. Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials. ; Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents, and technical reports using MS Office for specific projects under Registered Architect’s supervision, Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, 3DMax, VRay, Revit & Adobe CS.

Educational requirements:  Bachelor in Architecture with 2 years’ experience
